George Furlanetto, Founder/Owner

These days George's sole focus is the F-Bass line of electric basses. When George isn't at work, he's either playing with his band or spending time with his family.

Paul Britton, Neck Carving and Fitting

Paul is the senior woodworker in the F bass team. Paul carves the unique F bass neck shape and supervises the fitting of bodies and necks. Paul likes riding his bike and spending time with his kids.

Sarah Roberts, Master Assembler

Sarah left a truck & coach technician apprenticeship at 20 to pursue her hobby of working on guitars. At 27, she's still working for George at F-Bass. She enjoys playing guitar, spending time with her family & friends, and is an avid Thai boxer.

Dan Minton, Custom Department

Dan's main focus is building the necks and bodies of our exotic top basses and has recently started finishing some of the natural basses. Since starting at F-Bass he has been taking classes in CNC programming and AutoCAD design.

Jeannie Ingrassia, Finance/Administration

Jeannie loves gardening at home and advancing her bookkeeping skills. At F-Bass she "keeps the kids in line" and the books and finances straight.

Marcel Furlanetto, Administrative Assistant, Production Assistant, and Website Management

Marcel is a recent graduate of the General Business & Business Administration program at Mohawk College. If he's not at work he's either creating, playing, teaching, researching, or listening to music.

Neil Moore, Finishing & Octave 12 Production

Neil is a graduate of the Industrial Woodworking program at Mohawk College. He enjoys designing, building, and finishing furniture as well as instruments. He loves to travel and is looking forward to visiting many different countries in the future.
